The Limpeted Chemical Reactors from Shakti Engineering are designed to handle both exothermic and endothermic reactions. The robust limpet coil design—integrated on the vessel’s external shell—ensures efficient heat transfer using steam, hot oil, chilled water, or brine. This design offers enhanced process control without contaminating the contents, unlike internal coils.

Available in various capacities and configurations, Shakti reactors are manufactured in Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316), MSGL, or Alloy Steel based on application requirements. The vessels can be agitated and rated for vacuum or pressure as per process demands.
