Shakti Engineering specializes in the manufacturing of robust and efficient Heat Exchangers, designed to transfer heat between two or more fluids without mixing them. 1. Design and Engineering:
Each heat exchanger is custom-designed based on application-specific parameters such as thermal load, flow rates, temperature differential, fluid properties, and space constraints. Designs comply with ASME & IS standards.

2. Material Selection:

• Core components are made from Stainless Steel (SS 304, SS 316)depending on temperature, pressure, and fluid compatibility.

• Materials are chosen for corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, and durability.

3. Cutting and Shaping:
Precision cutting and forming techniques are used for fabricating tubes, shells, plates, and baffles to exact tolerances, ensuring optimal heat transfer and flow dynamics.

4. Welding and Assembly:

6. Quality Control and Testing:
Each unit undergoes hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests, leak checks, and thermal performance evaluations to ensure efficiency and operational safety.
